Well, hey there!

Jan L. Burt dropping by your inbox to deliver some encouragement from the Bible as a quick “refuel” for you today.

Isaiah is an incredible book, and I am always encouraged and blessed when I spend time reading it.

Today’s verse is one that I hope we can carry through us this fall and perhaps even into the winter months.

I’ve been praying as I write this that the Lord would show up in your life this week, reminding you again and again that He is with you, that He is for you, and that He is upholding you daily with His righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10 - “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.”

You’ve got big things in store in your future, my friend.

The reason I can say that with such certainty is because this verse reveals the heart of God for you. He wants to remove fear from your life. He wants dismay to be something you don’t experience. He wants to personally strengthen you and help you (which means you will always have access to both His power and His tangible, real-world help as often as you need it).

God says in Isaiah 41:10 that He will uphold you with His righteous right hand, and nothing can stand against your God.

When the Bible says that God’s got you, then He’s really, really got you.

I’d like to encourage you to do something today with this verse from the Old Testament book of Isaiah.

Would you read it aloud (as in, actually speak these words out loud)? And when you read it aloud, would you put some emphasis on the word “will”?

In Isaiah 40:11, God says that He will do certain things, and when He says will, He really does mean it.

The Lord will strengthen you and help you; He will uphold you with His righteous right hand.

With a loving Father promising these things, you can be sure He has big things in store for you.

Lord bless you today and thanks for letting me stop by your inbox with this refuel via “The Runway”.
