What's Your Game Plan?

Hey

Prayers, meditation, affirmations every morning upon waking up.

5 days a week of exercise. 4 days for strength training and one day for a 10km run.

For my nutrition: I have a mix of plates happening. There are a few soups in my freeezer so I will swallow at least twice this week, two days of sweet potatoes with chicken stew and one day of white rice - I have some in the fridge.

Dinners will be peppersoup on most nights, I have a few bowls in my freezer too.

My meal prep game this week is weak (lol) but i have made peace with it. hahahaha

I want to arrive the gym before 7am daily this week so I will aim to be in bed by 9pm the night before.

With the Pomodoro technique I will block out 45 mins a day to read a book. I am currently reading Jack Canfield’s book (again) titled “How To get from Where You Are to Where You Want to Be”

This game plan is for Monday- Friday.

Saturday and Sunday will be more flexible.

I will move at the pace of my body rather than impose on it.

I am beginning to follow Jim Rohn’s advice of having a game plan. A game plan is not just about setting goals, it’s also fleshing out the process to achieve the goals set.

Goal setting is great but sometimes it can be bougus and far reaching because we unconsciouly set unattaiable goals. With a game plan you are taking the time to flesh out a workable process that feeds into your goals.

It’s Sunday afternoon in Lagos, Nigeria and I thought to remind you to create your game plan for the week.

It really increases your chances of doing the necessary things to move your life forward.

Go on and create your game plan for this week..

I didn’t say month because that’s another mistake we make, we tend to plan too far into the future and believe me 7days is much easier then 30 days.

Just thought I should share this tip. I trust you are keeping well….

Take care
