This Can Be You And It Will

Hey

How are you today?

I got one of the best feedback ever yesterday

A lady who followed my diet plan (whole food diet) shared here incredible results just after one week

For one week she had eaten mostly beans, she observed meatless days (3 days), and she had fiber for dinner every night (oats topped with Chia seeds and flaxseed). She told me she experienced high energy and didn't snack between meals.

Let me share her former diet: Breakfast: Sausage roll or meatpie and a tea (with milk and sugar), after two hours she would be hungry again and she would have a snack and lunch and snack before dinner.

Remember the ebook I sent to you: Sausage, meatpie and teas are packed with refined carbohydates and sugars, which means she spiked her blood sugar in the morning and that creates a problem all day. She also said she felt tired and sleepy in the middle of the day.

What she did: She swapped the sausage and meatpie for oatmeal, or omelette and a smoothie. Unlike her sweet breakfast, this is more savoury and won't lead to a glucose spike. No glucose spike also means she won't experience low energy in the middle of the day.

She is going all in with a whole food diet and she also said she feels lighter already!!! This is the power of whole foods and why processed foods should be consumed minimally. I attached another amazing feedback from a friend. I'm telling you whole foods is the secret to health and longevity.

You are about to enter into week 3 of your 21 days... Do you have any stories, what experiences would you like to share with me? Do you need my support?

Please reach out if you do.

PS: Oranges are in season, they are so sweet. think about including it in your diet.
