Do you TGIF?

Hey -
If you are wondering what TGIF is ...
It's short for Thank God it's Friday (a common expression)
As if Fridays couldn’t get any better around the office, today is also Fun at Work Day.
Even if you don't think of your office when you hear the word "fun", you can use this day to try something different: more unusual, more fun, more memorable.
Some ideas, right off the bat:
- Say thank you to someone who is almost always invisible
- Talk to a colleague about something not work-related (but positive)
- Bring a treat for your colleagues (coffee, donuts, chocolates etc)
Even if you work from home:
- Send a joke to your co-workers: for example, make a meme out of your own funny photo. Or a group photo from your Christmas party.
- Leave a sincere comment under their social media post
- Organize a Wordle competition
Basically, do something (fun or positive) that you don't USUALLY do.
Any of these could be a great way to bond with coworkers, boost team spirit, gain inspiration, and even increase productivity.
Well, you know what to do.
Now go and do it 😉
Tania.
PS: Which one is about you:
My job is fun, most of the time.
My job is boring, most of the time.
PPS: Don't confuse "fun" with "funny" - they are not the same. "Fun" is like 🤩(interesting, cool, great). "Funny" is like 😋 or 😁 or 🤣
