It's a new week again!
This week, let's go hard or go -----
Remember, Opportunities in the financial market are like waves in the ocean, they come and go. Be prepared, ride the waves of opportunity, and seize them whenever they appear.
Here at Value Flow Trading, this is our analysis for the week:
USD: last week we saw a bullish dollar as predicted. This week, we expect to see a brief retracement on the dollar into the recent daily FVG. Thereafter, we expect the continuation of the dollar rally to grab more liquidity around the 106.000 level. However, we may see further retracement into last week daily FVG, then further expansion.
Therefore, this week on the floor we look forward to longing the dollar, which implies we would be shorting Foreign currency pairs such as GBPUSD, EURUSD and other correlated pairs this week.
However, if we see the BOS for the retracement on the daily FVG we can long the correlated pairs.
JPY: last week we saw a bearish YEN. JPY basket is now in a deep discount and resting on a weekly order block as highlighted on the chart.
However this week, we expect a bullish Yen. Which implies that the YEN correlated pairs will be bearish this week.
GOLD: Last week we saw Gold spot sold massively as expected after forming the high of the week on Wednesday as a result of the dollar strength.
This week, we look forward to long Gold during the expected dollar retracement, then continue our bearish trend whenever we see a clear structure supporting our sell bias, and also when our Value Flow Model® for Gold aligns.
Make sure you trade cautiously and also use proper risk management for your trades as this week is full of many high impact news.
