Happy new month and it's a new week!

Last week we hit the market hard and had our bags full of pips.

Can we replicate that again this week?

Here at Value Flow Trading, this is our analysis for the week:

USD: last week we saw a bearish dollar as predicted (retracement) after forming the high of the week on Wednesday. Friday we saw a bullish dollar as result of the NFP.

This week, we expect the continuation of the dollar rally to grab more liquidity around the 106.000 level.

Therefore, this week on the floor we look forward to longing the dollar, which implies we would be shorting Foreign currency pairs such as GBPUSD, EURUSD and other correlated pairs this week.

JPY: last week we saw a bullish YEN from Monday as predicted, then it later pull back to the discount. JPY basket is still in a deep discount and resting on a weekly order block as highlighted on the chart.

However this week, we still expect a bullish Yen. Which implies that the YEN correlated pairs will be bearish this week.

GOLD: Last week we saw Gold spot rally as expected, then it sell off as a result of the dollar strength during NFP

This week, we look forward continue our bearish trend whenever we see a clear structure supporting our sell bias, and also when our Value Flow Model® for Gold aligns.
