Here is our analysis for the week:

USD: Last week, the dollar was bullish but lacked momentum to sustain the bullishness after breaking out of the range during the last NFP release.

Going forward this week, we anticipate the dollar to pull back a bit into the daily order block, then continue its rally. This implies long positions on its correlated pairs (GBPUSD, EURUSD) during the pullback, then short as the dollar rallies.

JPY: Last week, the Yen was bearish against our analysis, trading back into the daily order block which is expected to send the price back up after forming the all-time low last year.

Going forward this week, we still anticipate a bullish Yen, suggesting that Yen-correlated pairs might be bearish.

GOLD: Last week, the Gold Spot was bearish; however, it hasn't reached our point where we intend to long it from around the 1996 level where we have the daily order block.

Going forward this week, we anticipate the Gold Spot to sell into the daily order block, where we are looking to long the Gold Spot again for the week as soon as our Value Flow Models® align.
