USD Analysis

The dollar is still riding a bullish wave after the election results, solidifying its place as the go-to safe-haven asset right now.

Our outlook? We expect this rally to continue for a bit longer before a pullback sets in. This could open up some interesting setups, like shorting GBP/USD and EUR/USD, before possibly shifting to long positions later on.

JPY

Last week, the Yen basket showed overall bullishness but traded within a range, keeping most Yen-correlated pairs bearish and range-bound.

Looking ahead to this week, we’re expecting further sell-offs in the Yen as it moves to clear liquidity below the daily unmitigated order block. Once this liquidity is taken out, we anticipate a bullish trend to resume.

This setup offers more sell opportunities on Yen pairs in the short term. Check out the chart below for a clearer view of the potential moves!

GOLD

Last week, we saw gold continue its sell-off, hitting 2538.862 and a pullback to 2716.355.

This week, we’re looking at a potential further pullback to the 2738.709 level before the downtrend picks up again. Once our Value Flow Models align, we’ll be watching closely for confirmation to continue riding the sells.
