I need to ask some serious questions of my ARC readers. Three weeks ago, I sent out a request for you to read the latest cozy mystery and review it on Amazon/goodreads. The launch days were the 11,12 and 13. One of you contacted me and said they had read and written the review but Amz only put up their numerical ranking and did not publish their written review for whatever reason Amazon had(they never see to give explanations). From the look of the report on downloads for the rest of you on the list, only 11 of you downloaded your free copy to review. I need to know if there is a problem with downloading from book funnel as a PDF file, if you are simply not interested in being an ARC reader anymore if you are having trouble downloading your review to Amazon, or simply don't like the genre and are waiting for the next sci-fi. So I am sending this out to you and request you answer these questions for me so I know how to best keep this list current of reviewers. Thank you so much for responding quickly. Here are the questions:

IF you did not download the book, was the reason

a) I don't like cozy mysteries

b) I prefer sci-fi

c) I prefer the spiritual books/non fiction)

d)I had a technical issue with bookfunnel downloads

If you downloaded and did not review, was it one of these issues?

1)Amz wouldn't allow me to review because I don't have an amazon account

2) I forgot to read the book

3)I am still reading it so hadn't written a review yet

4) I am having difficulty finding the book on AMZ to put on the review(In which case, type in For the Love of a child Pelton and it will pull it up for you

5) My life is crazy right now and I don't have time to read or send in a short review

Finally, do you want to remain on the review panel for me, or shall I take you off and look for other folks to join it instead? I need people I can rely on, depend on, and know they are going to read and give me an honest review in exchange for a copy of the book. I don't just send out free books willy-nilly without reason.

Thank you for giving me the answers to the questions so I can better figure out how to make this better for both of us. If I do not hear from you within ten days, I will assume you don't want to receive free books for a review and will remove you from this active list, put you on an inactive one, and perhaps you might contact me in the future if you want to be put back on. I will be putting out a call for new arc readers to join this list shortly, so no hard feelings if you don't want to do it. My next books won't be started out as free as this one was-I did it because some people had difficulty with the bookfunnel download and the only way to fix that was to allow a free Amazon download.
