Hurricane Laura is Almost Done!

From what I have been watching on the news, Laura made landfall and did not do as much damage as feared-lots of property damage of course, but the cost in lives was not as bad as predicted, thanks to the evacuation and warnings given and the grace of the Good Lord, I think. It ought to be be reaching us in Ohio with just a bunch of rain shortly and since our crops need rain, no worries.
I wanted to let you know that our latest cozy mystery, the one you've been asking me about, comes out Sunday, August 30-in paperback, and ebook by Friday Sept. 4. It's a cheerful romp around the imaginary little town of Lyonsville. If you've read the first three books (and you can download the first one for free for alimited time) Lyonsville is a serene village where English and Amish shops draw tourists by the busload for the atmosphere, food, and handmade crafts. Brad’s been promoted, Casey is expecting, and the Yarn Sisters are yarn-bombing the town. The new pastor’s little boys have a tendency to go streaking. When the yarn-bombing gets out of hand and half the Yarn sisters go missing, Casey and Brad have to find the culprit before someone gets hurt or she has this baby in the squad car. You are going to enjoy book four. It's just the thing for settling into a chair, listening to the rain outside and eating an apple or two or some hot tea and scones....
