Hi ,
How many hours do you or your team waste looking for information you know is somewhere in a PDF, spreadsheet, email, or folder?
Wouldn't it be helpful if you could chat with all of those files in one place?
For a real estate professional, that could mean asking questions about contracts, addenda, inspection reports, estimates, closing documents, or past transactions.
For another business, it could be bids, invoices, reports, client records, price lists, or years of spreadsheets.
You could also use it to organize personal or business financials. Bring together bank and credit card statements, budgets, expense spreadsheets, invoices, and receipts, then ask questions about where your money is going, which charges repeat every month, how expenses have changed, or what needs a closer look.
I came up with an awesome strategy for this the other day while working with one of my clients, a home builder.
His team had quotes, bids, and change orders spread across PDFs from different vendors, all in different formats.
I spent about three hours setting up a system that lets them ask questions about the amounts, vendors, changes, and history using their own files. They can get an answer and go back to the original document when they need to check it.
That one setup is saving my client $800 a month. The fee he paid me more than paid for itself in the first month, and the tools we used did not cost him anything extra.
I'M TEACHING THIS EXACT STRATEGY TOMORROW
I'm introducing this exact strategy during AIBGL Builder Group Coaching tomorrow, Tuesday, September 15, at 1:00 PM Pacific.
Everyone who participates will get a simple blueprint with step-by-step instructions for setting this up yourself.
You will be able to look at your own business, identify where your information is scattered or locked inside files, and create a place where you can ask questions about it without searching through everything manually.
Strategies like this can more than pay for the cost of group coaching, not to mention save you hours of researching tools, testing different options, and trying to figure everything out yourself.
That is a big part of what I want AIBGL group coaching to be.
I bring in strategies that have already been tested in real businesses. We look at where they work, where they do not, and how you can apply them to something you actually need.
Sometimes that means saving money. Sometimes it means making money. And sometimes it means making something that wastes hours every week much easier for you or your team to handle..
If you want to join us tomorrow, get the blueprint, and learn strategies like this, you can get the special AIBGL Builder Group Coaching price here:
