This week I felt such a powerful shift. My breathwork deepened, and I was reminded by Adriene of (Yoga with Adriene) that breath is spirit, and spirit is breath.

✨ Root Chakra grounding, healing frequencies, mantras, and simply letting go and letting God — it’s all about where your energy flows.

This Sunday, we enter a New ‘Black’ Moon in Virgo – Partial Solar Eclipse (Sept 21). This alignment highlights work, health, and balance. It’s asking you to identify what’s getting in the way of your sweetest life and to bring harmony back into focus. 🌑

I’ve also been deeply reflecting on the lasting effects of lunar eclipses, grounding into truth, and how we’re asked to re-align.
