Hello from beautiful Cambria, California. The sound of the surf is loud this morning, the sun is shining, and I'm looking forward to a long walk along the Bluff Trail of Fiscalini Ranch Preserve.

So it turns out I neglected to renew my domain name, as well as there being code in there that mucks everything up and redirects the site to somewhere in Indonesia. My brother Greg and I are working on a) renewing that domain name, and cleaning up the code; but b) if we can't renew the domain name, I'll be purchasing a new one and will keep you all posted.

I have all my content, that hasn't gone away; it's just a matter of getting everything updated, saved, and then upload the last saved backup (which was in September). Greg is going to do all of that for me, for which I am eternally grateful.

It took me this long to remember that my newsletter is separate from my website. Oops. However - I'm also over at mysticalmagic.me, if you would like to follow along there.

2025 will be a year of rebuilding for me - rebuilding my blogging practice, my newsletter practice, my writing practice, and my witchy practice - things that worked for me in the past need to be changed up a bit, as I'm not that person anymore.

Anyway, may 2025 treat us all kindly, and may we meet its challenges with courage, kindness, and strength.
