Who are you becoming this summer?

Let’s skip the surface-level stuff for a second and get to something that actually moves the needle.


You’ve got goals — whether it’s feeling energized, less stress, more balanced in your gut, or just feeling like yourself again.


But here’s the part most people miss:

It’s not only about “what” you’re doing.


🔥 It’s about who you’re showing up as while you’re doing it.

Because the truth is: your habits will always follow your identity.

If you see yourself as someone who “can never stick with it” or is “always starting over”…

You’ll keep finding ways to prove that true.

But if you start making decisions like someone who prioritizes their health, knows they’re worth the effort or takes care of themselves no matter what —

That identity starts to take hold.

And from there…

Your energy comes back. Injuries heal easier. You stop falling off the wagon every few weeks.


So here’s what I want you to do this weekend:


📝 Finish this sentence: “I’m becoming someone who…”


Make it personal and real. For example, say things like:

"I'm becoming someone who walks instead of snacks when I'm stressed."

"I'm becoming someone who doesn't quit just because I had one off day."

"I'm becoming someone who eats to feel better, not just to get through the day."


These internal shifts are what make habits stick and goals feel achievable.
