Happy Monday, !
We’re officially halfway through the year — and if you haven’t followed through the way you wanted… you're not the only one.
This is where most people either:
- Sprint to try to “catch up” for the summer, or
- Throw in the towel and promise to start fresh in January (again).
You don’t need to do either!
There’s a better option: pause, recalibrate, and recommit.
Here’s what I recommend:
Take 5–10 minutes this week and answer these 3 questions (in a notebook, in your phone, or even just in your head while you walk):
- What’s actually been helping you feel better this year?
- (ex. walking more, better sleep, more protein, boundaries, less sugar)
- What’s draining you — or just doesn’t fit your life anymore?
- (ex. trying to do long workouts, skipping meals, overcommitting to plans)
- What’s one small, realistic change that would make the rest of the year easier?
- (ex. packing lunch 3x/week, 10-min stretch at night, walking after dinner, getting to bed before 11)
That’s it!
Just a quick check-in to adjust what might not be working for you.
