Starting in 30 minutes at 9PM EST time, yes very last minute, I didn't know where I'll be or if I wanted to do a session today. However It is a wonderful opportunity to shed the last bits of mask, defense mechanisms, repetitive cycles and unhealthy habits, we will also work on releasing any shame, guilt and grief that has been stubborn and annoying. It is time to enter into full forgiveness of self and allow self-acceptance.
