As we all watched  No. 16 seed Farleigh Dickinson University pull off a Round of 64 upset for the ages on Friday night, stunning No. 1 Purdue 63-58 as coaches we can't help but think about the coaches leading their teams.

Most of us in coaching knew the coaches involved and those who know Coach Anderson were not surprised by the unbelievable confidence coach Anderson instilled in his team.
