Hello,
Welcome to Day 5 of your 5 Day Challenge to Stay Calm & Speak On!
Today you are ready for your final, ultimate challenge: Learn how to find your speaking flow.
Your speaking flow is that state of ease where you feel calm, confident, and relaxed when you do public speaking.
To find your flow, let's use all of the new skills you have learned over the past 4 days, and put them all together:
Read through your final lesson below and watch the video I made for you HERE:
STEP 1: Warm-up with your Stay Calm & Speak On Warm Up Checklist from day 1 & 2.
Be sure you have downloaded and saved your checklist and have it somewhere handy to use before you speak at a meeting, presentation, or have a difficult conversation.
STEP 2: Use your "Take Your Time" speech method whenever you speak from day 3.
- Step One: Take deep breaths in between your thoughts.
- Step Two: Practice speaking deliberately in your daily life.
- Step Three: Don't be afraid to pause and collect your thoughts.
STEP 3: Face your fear the next time you speak in public with your helpful strategies from day 4.
Visualize yourself giving a calm presentation. Imagine yourself feeling confident and delivering your message with ease and clarity. Focus on the positive feelings that come with this visualization, such as feeling calm, relaxed, and feeling connected to your listeners. This is your speaking flow!
You are Set! Now you can to stay more calm & speak on with the new skills you know now for whenever you speak in public.

PRO TIP: Remember, the more consistently you exercise this skill set, the more calm and confident you will feel every time you do public speaking! And a public speaker is anyone who speaks in public, including YOU!
