I'm reaching out to you with a very personal note in the same space where I reach you every Tuesday. 

This is a bit off the regular communication, and I'm sharing this because I've recently realised that the greatest strength we can draw upon in the present chaotic economic and political environment is the human connection we share with each other.

This Ramadan was very different. If the peak of summer tested my parched throat and dwindling energies, on the other end, pictures from the war zones, people breaking fast amidst rubble and ruins, made me deeply reflect! ( more on this for some other time)

Uncertainty has always been a core element of the future, but in the era of ongoing wars, it is the new normal that we all need to imbibe in our lives, not an easy feat, though.

However, I think as long as we stand together for each other, it is possible.

True power isn’t found in standing alone—it grows quietly in the spaces where hearts connect, where voices support one another, and where a community rises together stronger than any individual ever could

Being part of "The Journey of Self", you have honoured me with this connection, and I take this festive day of Eid to express my heartfelt gratitude for it.
