Write joyfully,

Peace be upon you,
As I was reading a book on the power of gratitude by Rashidat Adekeye, I got to page 34 where she mentioned a verse from Surah Ad Duha:
"And your Lord is going to give you, and you will be satisfied."
I realised that this was the second time reading this same verse this week and went ahead to open quran.com to read further because I love how the assurance sweetened my heart.
In the process of searching, unknowingly I opened Surah Al Insan (Q76) and started reciting and reading the translation. A big smile appeared on my lips when I got to verse 8 where Allah described the reward for those who fed the needy with this exact statement - "and give food—despite their desire for it—to the poor, the orphan, and the captive."
I was carried away as I indulged in the description of what those people would be given as I waited to read the exact verse I came there for. Only for me to realise that Surah Al Duha isn't as long as this and had to check the Surah, only to discover that it is Surah Al Insan.
By this time, my heart is filled with calmness and hope. Reflecting on this, I know that He wants me to know what awaits me if I make myself to be among such people He described in the chapter.
I'm sharing this so that you know that your Lord is Ar Rahman and Al Waasi.
To your awesomeness,
Raheemah

PS: Did you see how the book, The Power of Gratitude helped me to land on reflecting on Surah Al Insan by Allah's Will? This tells you that it's time to write that book to transform and impact lives. See you at the top, Sis.
