Peace be upon you,

I just started reading the Atomic Habits book by James Clear again.

I was inspired to pick it up after a session I had with other entrepreneurs yesterday. I realized that I have been looking at achieving my 2024 goals by viewing the big picture rather than looking at the tiniest steps to take each day to avoid overwhelm.

Since I started reading it again, I'm feeling excited about what I shall be achieving using the science-backed processes. Since I want to dedicate this month to focus on the book, I shall be sharing the lessons and tips with you here on TPN.

The essence of sharing this is that I sincerely want you to achieve all your intentions or goals before the deadlines you attach to them expire. It's my deepest desire to see you succeed,.

If you are with me on this, reply to this email and say, "I'm with you."

Now let's dig into one of the lessons today.

James started his book with a story about his fatal accident with a baseball stick which sent him to the ICU. I assure you that my body tingled with horror when reading the vividly depicted accident. It never stops bringing out such a reaction in me.

In the process of recuperating, he had to create habits to let him restart his ambition and love for the baseball game which yielded great results. He decided to share the principles with the world through his book.

The Lesson: Never give up even when the odds are all against you. You can always start again if anything happens to disrupt your dream or goal.

What one thing have you given up on because of an obstacle or event?

Go back to that thing and try to revive it if it's still a dream or goal you want to achieve.

That's it for this week.

Have a barakah-filled day and an amazing start to Monday.

To your awesomeness,

Raheemah
