As a professional woman who wears many hats, you need to make productivity your ally.

Here are some ways to step up your productivity game in the last part of 2023!

To be on top of your productivity, you need effective time management and prioritization.

• Using time management tools and techniques to organize your schedules effectively, you need tools like calendars, planners, and productivity apps such as the Pomodoro technique. 

I use planners to get all my tasks braindumped and listed. This works for me but might not work for you. Find what works for YOU.

• The importance of prioritization cannot be overemphasized. You must identify your high-priority tasks and focus on those activities that align with your goals. Create daily or weekly priority lists to stay on track. 

I also use MIT sheets that categorize the importance of my tasks. See an example of one of the sheets below.

You also need professional development and skill enhancement to be on your game with productivity as explained below.

• Seeking ongoing professional development by using resources and taking advantage of opportunities helps to enhance your skills so that you stay updated on your industry trends.

• You must foster a culture of continuous learning within your community or organization through workshops, webinars, or mentorship programs to exchange your knowledge and expertise to be productive. 

To be productive, you need a supportive community and network.

• A supportive community or network where you can share experiences, insights, and challenges can go a long way toward your productivity. This can be an online platform, a networking event, or a mentorship program just like The Productive Path™, TPP.

• Encouraging collaboration and partnerships within the community provides emotional support and opens up opportunities for joint ventures or collaborations that can enhance productivity.
