It's been a while since I sent you a plain old 'hi and how are ya' email, and today seemed like a very good day for one. I have tons to share. That's how things always seem to happen in my book sphere. Everything happens all at once.

To kick things off, The Rancher's Stolen Past has released, and I could not be happier with how things progressed during launch. It hit the Publisher's Weekly bestseller list, and everyone is loving Molly and Zane's story.

I'm neck deep in book 2 of the Hawthorne sisters series, with book 1, Healing the Rodeo Cowboy, releasing in November.

Love Inspired always does an amazing job with my covers, and this one absolutely hit all the right marks.

And if you haven't seen it yet, my very first Romantic Adventure is out there as well. This anthology is all about adventure and second chances, and I love being in a set alongside these incredible authors.

What's happening next?

Let's see. I'm about to turn in my fifth love inspired book for editing and right after that I will receive my edits for my time travel inspirational cowboy romance book with Bethany House. (psst! I have the title for that too, but I'm going to wait until next month to share so stay tuned)

And of course, this morning, while I'm in the middle of all this incredible fun, I woke up with an idea for a brand-new book that I really cannot wait to dive into. It'll have to wait for a bit, but I'm hoping I get to finish it by the end of the year.

On the homefront, I'm dealing with three clingy kitties who think my sole job is to make sure they never see the bottom of their food bowls. After a couple health scares with my queen Quinn, she's finally on the mend and despite the way she looks here, she's quite well and happy. I caught her sleeping and she had to let me know that was not cool.

What's really happening is we bought them a new cat scratcher and she wanted to keep it all to herself.
