Take one small step forward

Hey friend!

Ever had an experience where you felt like you completely missed the mark? We all face moments that we might consider failures, but what if we could change how we see these moments?

So many of my clients share that they feel defeated when they have set a nutrition goal and then eat a piece of birthday cake or go over their macros on a special night out. Or they set a goal to create a new habit but struggle being consistent.

This often stems from a belief that indulging in "bad" foods or having a "chill/relaxing" day means their goals are out of reach.

It’s a tough cycle, and it can make people hesitant to dive into new programs or challenges for fear of failing. But let’s take a moment to rethink: Is failure really what we think it is?

When you don’t reach a goal or experience a setback, it’s natural to feel disheartened. I hear women say things like, “I messed up today; I’ll never achieve my dream body,” or, “I didn’t hit my floor goals today; this isn’t going to work for me.”

But here’s a different perspective: failure doesn’t have to be final. It’s just feedback. When we shift our mindset from viewing setbacks as failures to seeing them as valuable lessons, we can make more informed and positive choices moving forward.

Here’s a challenge for you today: Choose just ONE small action that will take you a step closer to your goals. This single act can reveal how capable you truly are, even on days when things don’t go as planned.

I’d love to hear about your action step! Hit reply and let me know what you’re planning. Your journey is unique, and every small step counts.

Believe in yourself and Thrive in life!

Your friend and coach,

Brigitt
