There are 5 levels of Business. Think about the level you are and know where you should grow to.

1. PROFESSIONAL: You know how to do the job and you do it yourself. More like a freelancer now. You create the value, get paid and move on.

2. SELF-EMPLOYED: You employ 1 or 2 people in your team whom you can give off some of the side tasks that are important to the job. You've grown that you can no longer manage everything alone, hence the need for more hands.

3. BUSINESS OWNER: You have other professionals working in the business for you. But you're still required to do quality testing. According to a business mogul, this is where most people stop. Hardly do business grow beyond this stage.

4. ENTREPRENEUR: You have developed a code for how the business runs. You put processes in place to ensure the code is followed. Everything in the business now runs on chain reaction. Value is being delivered with little physical input from you.

5. FOUNDER OR CO-FOUNDER: You know here you won't be there anymore. There will be many CEOs but only one or two founder or co-founders. This is the highest level.
