BE RESILIENT IN THE FACE OF TOXICITY

Toxic People HATE This

Toxic people hate resilience. It’s unfortunate that many give up on their dreams when toxic individuals attack them for having the courage and work ethic to pursue their goals.

They allow toxic people to convince them to abandon their dreams, just as those toxic individuals have given up on their own.

They fail to see that when toxic people criticize them, it’s a strong sign they are on the right path.

To ensure you don’t fall into this trap, I want to help you stay committed to your dreams despite the negativity of toxic people, so you can send a clear message that you won’t be stopped.

Embrace the Toxicity

Embracing toxicity as a part of your journey can transform your perspective. Instead of viewing negativity as a hindrance, see it as a sign you are on the right path.

When I started shooting motivational videos online, a guy I had never met began sending me negative messages in one of my social media profile’s inbox.

He told me that my videos were garbage and that I didn’t speak well. He was so persistent that he did this consistently for two years.

Instead of allowing his toxicity to discourage me, I embraced it because I realized he wouldn’t be spending precious time from his life to tell me how much my videos sucked if he didn’t secretly admire me.

I saw it as a sign that I was on the right path, so I continued creating my videos, which have enhanced my confidence and creativity. Today, I’ve posted almost 4,000.

When you have toxic people criticizing you, I challenge you to embrace their toxicity and see it as a sign that you are on the right path to realizing your dreams.

Those toxic people will try to discourage you, but the truth is they secretly admire you, so keep going despite their toxic insults.

So how do you embrace toxicity while remaining persistent? Here are three ways to help you do so.

3 Ways to Stay Resilient Against Toxicity

1) Embrace Your Resilience: Recognizing your resilience shows yourself and others that you won’t be stopped. When toxic people see your strong determination, they often back off from you.

2) Develop Confidence Through Opposition: Confidence is not something that just happens; it is created through hardships. When you encounter criticism and keep going, it allows you to build the confidence not just to achieve your dream, but to sustain it. So keep going despite the opposition so you can develop unshakable confidence.

3) Let Toxicity Motivate You: Instead of letting negative feedback get you down, let it motivate you. Many successful people have dealt with toxic environments on their journey to success, so by facing negativity, it’s a great opportunity for you to use it to fuel your success, like I did with that guy who criticized my online motivational videos.

Conclusion

Being resilient against other people’s toxicity will be the key to your success. You must decide that when people criticize you and try to discourage you, you will keep pursuing your dreams. Do not let any criticism destroy your resilience because You Are WORTHY TO BE GREAT!
