Love Line Business Lounge #2 - Speed

Hello Friends!


This week has been all about speed.


Like, shit your pants, that's a little too fast for me speed.


Greg and I have been talking, and talking and talking about how to monetize Love Line.


It starts by having something for sale.


So we through up an option to book an hour of our time for $350 on the website.


This wasn't us being fast. We had this idea 2 months ago.


We quickly realized that selling our time one on one was a great way to start but that's going to be no fun as a way to make a living.


We should offer a multi day group experience. That's much more transformative for the participants anyway. Clarity Kickoff was born.


But we don't know how to do that.


So we spent a couple of hours Saturday morning hashing out what a 3 day experience would look like. Another couple of hours on Monday morning making sure we have a name for the event, a sign up page and some graphics. 23 hours later the group was full and as of this email the waiting list for the next iteration is half full. This week we're building the presentations for what we are going to cover and on Monday at 5PM we start our first session.


We could have easily thought about, talked about and planned this over the space of another 2 months.


Throwing that $350 offer on the website felt so good to finally do, that we both knew that we should move a little faster than we are comfortable with.


We're going to run the Clarity Kickoff 3-4 times for free to get really good at it.


A month from now we'll have a repeatable online event we can charge a premium for.


That feels so good to say because I know it is true.
