1. Can I order and schedule my delivery BEFORE arrival?

Of course! You can save time by ordering all the groceries and services you’ll need before you even land in the Riviera Maya. We’ll make sure everything is in place for your arrival.


💡 Tip: The sooner you order the better, since we have limited delivery slots available each day!


2. Will you be able to deliver at my hotel/condo?

Definitely! We currently deliver in the cities of Cancun, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and all of the Riviera Maya.


💡 Tip: Add your location's google map link in the address section.


3. How can I order extra products and services that I can't find on your site?

The easiest way to add any product you can't fin in our catalogue, is by clicking on the red button "Add a Missing Product” located on the upper-left side of all our product pages. If you’re looking to add a service or ANYTHING ELSE, you can simply go to our Services section and click on “Order Anything”.
