Happy new week!


Yay! We get to go to work. That's a positive spin that gives me a fresh perspective. The privilege of being able to work.


That being said, a lot of conversations happen around work.


Sitting, standing, bending, swaying... all can contribute.


We did a live with my friend and Dr. Malini Khanna. She specializes in the nonsurgical management of spine and sports injury. She is experienced in several procedures that can reduce pain.
