[Happy New Year] The Best 3 Things That Will Make This Year Different For You!

Happy New Year from all of us at Living an Effective Lifestyle Inc. (LELS), Friday, January 1st was a wonderful day, as we all closed the door to 2020. 2021 has given us a new start of a fresh beginning loaded with lots of new opportunities for You to Be, Have, and Do everything you want.
As we started a new year, like you, many people began setting goals, making new year resolutions and plans for the new year. They want to lose weight, write a book, make more money, launch a business, start a new career, start a podcast, start blogging, create an online course, etc.
That is all good if you're serious and committed to them, the kind of commitment like your life depended on it. I want to stress this because many people say they are committed now, and how many times have you said that in years past - and what makes this year different?"
I am sure you've heard of the definition of COMMITMENT. Inky Johnson said, "Commitment is Staying True to What You Said You Would Do Long After the Mood that You Said It in Has Left." That means doing what you said you'll do long after the mood you set it in, which is right now, has left you.
So What will you rely on when your mood changes or life happens, or when you lose the motivation as a result of the inevitable and the terrible things life will throw at you?
Before you start beating yourself when they happen, remember we humans do poorly when sticking with anything. When it comes to Discipline and Commitment by willpower, you will fail overtime - every time, and that is why 99+% of people fail on their resolutions. That is also the reason 99+% of individuals and professionals don't achieve the goals that their heart desires.
How do you create a strategy to correct this human weakness?
I use to be a science student back in school, and I remember Newton's first law states that every object will remain at rest or in uniform motion in a straight line unless compelled to change its state by the action of an external force. This is usually taken as the definition of inertia ... If that velocity is zero, then the object remains at rest.
In other words, we will always remain at rest unless forced to change by an external force or push, and that is why most people hire tutors, coaches, personal trainers, counselors, and therapists.
This external force or push is the very thing that forces us out of our natural tendency to procrastinate and make great excuses.
The other two (2) things you need are a group of like mind and like ambition, buddies going in the same direction with you who will cheer, encourage you, and hold you accountable.
And the final thing is a proven step by step system, platform, or tool to demystify and simplify the process for you.
The three critical strategies you will need in 2021 to correct your human weakness (Discipline and Commitment by willpower) are:
1. Hire External Help:
An external force or push that forces you out of your natural tendency to procrastinate and make great excuses.
2. Accountability Partners:
a group of like mind and like ambition, buddies that are going in the same direction with you who will cheer, encourage you, and hold you accountable.
3. A Proven System:
a proven step by step system, platform, or tool to demystify and simplify the process for you.
