Hey there,

In this short newsletter, I share the most interesting things that I’ve read, heard, and/or watched over the past week.

What I’ve Read:

The Oxford comma, trap | Seth Godin

It’s easy to get bogged down and focus on tiny details. But Seth Godin reminds us that it’s better (and more useful) to look at the bigger picture. Each example in his article illustrates this point succinctly.

What I’ve Watched:

PinkCast 4.21 | Dan Pink

Dan Pink does an excellent job of simplifying decision making into nine words: “What would I tell my best friend to do?" He also does a great job of explaining the concept in this 90 second video.

What I’m Pondering:

Ask yourself, “Is this helpful? Is it entertaining? Is it something I’d be comfortable with my boss or my mother seeing?““

- Austin Kleon, Show Your Work!

Enjoy,

Leon
