Although the campaign should have been launched several months ago, we want to still run it on the same terms as we did back in 2021 with our Norwegian investors, even though the company has moved a few steps forward since then.
Background: We raised 2.5M NOK bridge round from investors in Norway at the end of 2021 to cover the licensing costs in Lithuania and extend our runway while waiting for the license in Norway. Given the international side of our business, it took a bit longer for Seedrs to do due diligence on us and to approve this campaign, and therefore it comes only now. Yet we appreciate all (!) our investors and think that all should have the same right to invest.
