Senate rejects Biden’s vaccine mandate for businesses
“WASHINGTON — The Senate narrowly approved a resolution Wednesday to nullify the Biden administration’s requirement that businesses with 100 or more workers have their employees be vaccinated against the coronavirus or submit to weekly testing.”

Leigh I hope you see this. The mandate is 1 issue but 2nd issue is the Biden regime has modified all federal prime contracts to include FAR 52.223.99 and DFAR 252.223-7999 Ensuring Adequate Covid Safety Protocols for Federal Contractors. Local commercial companies are telling employees they are not following mandate but rather contractual requirements of their prime contracts from govt. If u are fired it will be for noncompliance w contract terms & conditions...not because of not getting vaccinated. Any unvaccinated person cannot charge or be billed directly by their company to the govt. If you are let go then your security clearances are stripped due to non compliance to contract T&Cs nothing to do w vaccine. Companies are telling employees to quit b4 they are fired or they will be unable to ever charge directly to federal contracts..thus destroying chances of future employment by commercial companies that are federal contractors. I work in procure.ent in city that has over 400 commercial companies that are federal contractors. When asked they will reply...we are not doing this because of mandates but FAR n DFAR clauses.
