The Use of Technology In Our Process

One of the biggest factors differentiating our products and services is the use of technology. It has truly changed the way we operate, fabricate, and deliver customization in each project.

Our whole process is fast, efficient, and effective thanks to high end software and equipment.

You can experience the use of technology from the very beginning when our technician arrives at the job site to template the area of work. Everything is measured with a laser machine that is iPad operated, making the measurements very accurate. The laser machine picks up any wall, floor, tile or cabinet imperfection.

This digital template is sent to the project manager and reviewed the very next business morning making it a fast and effective process.

The software programmer holds a very important role within the fabrication of each project. Between programming the CNC Saber Saw and Titan Router Machines that will cut stones with the highest accuracy, he also creates digital layouts for exotic materials to be checked and reviewed by our office before production. This allows for a better project overview and faster visual communication within the company, as well as the client. The digital layouts are made using a photo of the exact slab being used for your project. The slabs are placed in a green board and photographed in high resolution at our 3D Studio.

Once layouts are ready to go, the big machines come into play and the fabrication fun begins.

We hope you enjoyed learning a little bit more about our operation and how technology is being implemented within our company. The best way to experience this system, is to work with us directly. We look forward to seeing you on your next project!

Sincerely,

Legacy Team
