I love writing this entire email and then having the platform refresh and lose it all! Sort of feels like the story of my week as I'm once again sick and heading out of town for a family memorial.


But I promise there's good news in here.


Two weeks to woo your warrior:

Just two weeks until How Not to Woo Your Human Warrior is here. For anyone who has only read the Falling for Demons series, Kalypso and Aofe couldn't be more different, and Ozirax and Kizros are also complete opposites. But one thing we always love: a MMC so pathetically down bad for their FMC.

Goals for the rest of 2025:

I wrote this last newsletter and can already cross some off!! Wow!


  1. Hit 4M lifetime page reads on KU - absolutely insane that I'm about 300K 120K away from that. I literally just celebrated 1M so this doesn't feel real.
  2. Hit 3M page reads on KU THIS YEAR - aAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
  3. Welcome someone to the Indigo or Royal tier on Patreon (again, super lofty goal) - you get to pick a birthday story AND get a book box with every release? Plus so many other perks? I'd LOVE to be able to send some fun things out. But the dream is FIVE (5) new patrons before 2026 just coming to hang out and read my books before anyone else
  4. Obviously, finish drafting Pursue (Falling for Demons 5) - I'm constantly sick, and my writing time is about 5-6:30AM, but there is progress! We are almost done with chapter 9/23 planned.
  5. Where in the world is Trick & Tangle? - moving to 2026! With health issues, I have to be realistic with myself. It's coming, but I can't juggle two projects like I wanted
