“Shh.” Elias held up a finger, his emerald eyes staring off in the distance. He blinked and focused on Cason. “I have an idea, but it could go horribly wrong.”

Cason lifted a shoulder. “Where would that leave us?”

“Running for our lives, your blazing inferno smashing through the city until we find Brela or they kill us.”

“So the same outcome no matter what we do?”

“Yup.”

Cason gestured out of the alley. “Lead the way.”

Question for you: What is your favorite trope?

My Answer: I absolutely adore enemies to lovers (or friends), especially because you can see it in so many different genres. Of course, I see it a lot since I read primarily romantic fantasy, fantasy romance, and romance. Basically, if you tell me the book has the trope, I'm very likely to pick it up. What about you?
