Two New Historical Christian Fiction books

Hello ,
I hope your week has been warmer than last week! We're finally thawed out here, but now the rain is coming.
Do you prefer cold (with or without snow) or warmer weather, but it's raining?
Updates
Homeschool is chugging away as usual, but I'm ready for warmer (dry) weather and no coughs so the kids can play outside. They're tired of being stuck in the house all day.
I'm super close to typing The End in Single Dad Center, my March release! I'm really loving this couple. They're different than any couple I've written before and it's been fun trying to figure out what makes them tick.
A few minor changes are coming to my newsletter. In February, my newsletter will be going to twice a month instead of weekly updates. Also, in a few months, I will be switching over to a new service provider. I'll give a heads-up before that happens, but I'm hoping for sooner rather than later.
Slow Fade
I posted this on my Facebook and Instagram pages over the weekend and it's generated some interesting discussions. Check it out if you haven't already and let me know your thoughts.
New Christian Historical Fiction
Of Love and Treason by Jamie Ogle (Out Now)
Valentine defies the emperor and becomes a hero . . . and the most wanted man in the empire. Compelled by his faith, he has nothing to lose, until a chance encounter with the daughter of a Roman jailor changes everything.
My review: If you're looking for a book that is unapologetically Christian, this is it. Don't be fooled though. It is a heavy book. But it's also a beautiful story that will stick with you. It is filled with heartache, betrayal, redemption, and forgiveness. This is not a happily ever after but it is full of hope. Hope that, in Christ, our pain and suffering on earth will be turned to glory in Heaven. Hope that, no matter our circumstances, God is working things for His glory and our good. This book is a story that will encourage your faith in the midst of trials.
All Now Mysterious by Jennifer Q. Hunt (Releases Jan. 26th)
Wisteria House could be their haven of protection—or make them a target for the lawless.
My Review: Every time I read a Jennifer Q. Hunt book, I think there's no way she can top that. And then she proves me wrong. This is my new favorite Hunt book! This book has depth, suspense, mysteries, wonderful historical details, twists & turns, swoony romance, and strong faith woven within every page. If you haven't read anything by this author, you are seriously missing out.
***This is book two and since it's a continuing family saga, you should read book one, Through Thorny Ways, first! Grab it for .99c HERE. You won't be disappointed!
