The HR called me that morning 5 years ago, "Blossom send in your resignation", the company is downsizing and your name is there with 25 other people.
She wanted me to resign before I actually got sacked, I was barely 6 months in the company and the company had just ran into a financial crisis, I was still a Rookie but was hardworking and was trying my best to learn on the job.
I had put in so much efforts on the job, pleasing my seniors and doing whatever I was asked to…
I worked overtime, covered shifts for other people,
RAN ALOT OF ERRANDS ….. (if you needed an errand girl to rush and buy something nearby, it has to be me 
(I was very tiny, very young, actually the youngest and my legs were tiny and fast too
(The good thing about the errands is, I got small small 50 naira, 100 naira 200 naira from it
I went from being employed to unemployed, I remember my MD calling me then and asking me to hang around that something will be done...
