It's been a minute since you've heard from us! We know we’ve been quiet, and unfortunately this is because we are in the process of absolving the formal cooperative business of LATCH Collective LLC. As we all know, change is inevitable, and we want to inform you on some changes that are coming.
Why are we closing LATCH Collective LLC? The pandemic was difficult for us, and we weren't able to keep financially afloat after missing a tax filing deadline and facing a big tax penalty. This is your reminder to file your taxes - April 18th's the last day :) !
What does this mean for LATCH Collective?
At the moment, our active members are still interested in keeping the community support of LATCH Collective alive! We are going to keep as many of our services open to you for as long as we can.
The LATCH Community Discord is still active! Tune in to chat with other tiny home enthusiasts and DIY builders about your projects, questions, inspirations, ideas, worries, and achievements!
The LATCH Library is still open with access to many webinars and online resources. Browse, watch, read, and download while you can!
Monthly Meetings / Tiny Topic Tuesdays to come!
We hope to resume monthly meetings on the Third Tuesday of every month open to all! We will pick a topic to discuss, share information and support, and collaborate. This is a dedicated time to get to know each other and build a community of support. These meetings will allow us to plan out any future events or co-building opportunities. Meetings will happen digitally on Zoom. Participate and shape the community you'd like to see.
