Secondly, here's a great way to keep cool right now with just a bowl of ice and a fan.
Simply take a bowl and put some ice (or an ice pack) in it, then position it in front of (or just below) a fan. Turn the fan on, and you have a DIY air conditioner in less than 5 minutes!
