Good afternoon . Here is this week's newsletter:
Firstly, we want to thank you for your support and for helping us along our journey. It wasn't always easy, but it was well worth our time and effort, as we learned so much over the past 2 months and met some amazing people. And now is the time that Larry's Lawn Mowing Service and its journey comes to an end. If you haven't known yet, our service is a sole proprietorship (a business run entirely by one person) part of a provincial government program called Summer Company, which is a program where those who are accepted run their own sole proprietorship for the summer. Because September the 7th (tomorrow) is the date when Summer Company comes to end, our business will come to an end. Another reason as to why we end operations tomorrow is because as you might know, everyone who works for and operates Larry's Lawn Mowing Service is someone between the ages of 12-20, including me, Larry, the person who's operating Larry's Lawn Mowing Service and is writing this week's newsletter and has written all the other newsletters before (I'm going into Grade 11 this year). Therefore, another reason as to why we end our service tomorrow is because the vast majority of us are starting school very soon, and some of us are even in university. Although we are sad that Larry's Lawn Mowing Service must come to an end this year, we are so grateful for the support and help you have provided to us, and we hope to serve you again sometime soon, given that we start running the business again (although that's not likely, unfortunately). As a gift, we are providing you with a thank you card below that you can download and keep on your device as a remember of us.
Secondly, the customer of the week award goes to... Majid!
Majid runs a countertop business called M&M Granite Countertop. His business has over 20 years of experience and has had over 10,000 jobs done! If you ever need help from him call his number at 416-903-7776, or visit his website at www.mmgranite.ca! You can also visit his shop located at 63 Torbarrie Rd, North York, ON, M3L 1G5 to take a closer look at his work!
Also, we have another community star, and it's for service agent of the week. That award goes to.... Alan!
Congratulations to Alan for winning this week's service agent of the week award! We thank you for your hard work and excellence!
That's it for this week!
