Akala ko, ordinaryong sore throat lang.

Ganyang ganyan yung mukha ko nung nakita ko yung results ko, si Zelie ganyan din lol.

Basically, I saw my PCR result today and it was COVID19 POSITIVE.

Actually, based on the date of the test result I tested positive on 23:04 which is still the day of our 5th Year Anniversary.

I was confident that I do not have it since I do get a sore throat during times like this, during cold months and weather changes. Tapos grabe pa akong mag KAON NA TA, walang humpay sa extra rice plus ang aking sense of smell have improved to the point na alam kong malapit ng dumating ang poop ng mga bata! Lastly, I was even super stubborn kagabi that I wanted to record an episode for this week. AS IN!

Plus we got tested last January 4 and I was negative naman, umulit lang kami because Apple was "presumptive positive. "

But then again, we're here. We fight an invisible enemy.

Honestly, at this point in time my only concern are the kids. 

Pero, sa totoo lang, I am at peace. I'm confident not because of the knowledge that I have nor the practices we do as a family to be COVID free but more on the belief that we will always be protected.

If there's one thing that I've instantly recognized, nung sinabi kong may sore throat pa lang ako, is the affirmation that WE ARE NOT ALONE.

We're journeying with a lot of you mga Langga, more so we have our family members as well as a spiritual community whose love can be seen and felt wherever we are especially at times like this one.

You are the face of God for me.

As we walk on this challenging road for our family, I think we're called to live out our theme for 2022 - "RELENTLESS JOY"

To find joy despite tribulations is the call of the Christian life.

I shall carry this cross relentlessly while praying with and for those who are suffering as well. And kung ikaw man yung may pinagdadaanan, we’re here for you.

Mga Langga, all I can ask right now is for your prayers especially for Joseph and Zelie and kay Apple (she's negative) who's been a champion in taking care of us.
