Hey , thank you so much for subscribing to my newsletter!
You have entered into the ground floor of the foundations of the fulfilment of a life-long dream...
I can promise you now, with this newsletter:
- I will NOT be spam-y
- I WILL have more epic fantasy to share (novels to purchase, as well as more free stories!)
- There will be a (select few) more free book promotions (because that's the game, right? 😜)
I'd like to think I know how to write stories; at the very least, I love to do it. However, I'm only just learning how to write newsletters and how to properly share my stories with the world.
The promotion where we met was the first of its kind for me. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but you and SEVENTY-TWO others thought Portrait of a King was worthy of at least an email exchange--and that seems pretty darn awesome to me!
So, let me say again, THANK YOU!
I am thrilled to be on this adventure, and beyond excited that you've chosen to take it with me.
What do YOU want to see in a newsletter?
- My day-to-day antics? (I swear they're not that interesting, but hey, I'll still share.)
- Cute pet photos? (Living the farm life means I've got plenty!)
- Memes? (Pretty sure everyone loves memes?)
If you've got ideas, or something about me you're dying to know--or, heck, have anything at all you want to say or share--reply to this email!
In the mean time, if you're looking for more to read, I have a few short stories available on my website. Maybe check out this one? It's a flintlock fantasy with dinosaurs. 🦕🦖
Until next time,
Lauren Buck
P.S. Here is a complementary meme.
P.P.S. And here is a gorgeous winter picture that is now the lock screen on my phone. (credit: Enantiodromija on Pinterest.)
