At Lab Sports Performance, our goal is to not only help our athletes succeed on their field of play but lay a solid foundation that will carry them on through their athletic years.
Our sports performance program is 60 minutes in length and is conducted in a small group setting under coach supervision. The program will be focused on teaching correct movement patterns, flexibility, injury prevention, speed techniques, plyometric training, power development, foundational strength training and energy system development.
Our main goal is to provide a safe, positive atmosphere that promotes long-term athletic development leading to increased confidence, character and overall life success.
Each 60-minute session will introduce the core principles of sports performance and thoroughly educate young athletes. Sessions are positive, productive and most important — FUN!

Youth Sports Performance Overview
1. 8 to 12 year old male/female athletes are encouraged to sign up
2. Start Date - November 2, 2020
3. Session Times:
- Monday's - 5:30 & 6:45 p.m.
- Wednesday's - 5:30 & 6:45 p.m.
- Saturday's - 10:00 a.m.
4. Session Duration = 60 Minutes
5. Session Focus:
- Prehab/Injury Prevention
- Movement Prep
- Plyometric Drills (Proper Jumping/Landing Mechanics)
- Speed Development (Linear Acceleration, Max Velocity, Lateral Acceleration, Change of Direction)
- Power Development
- Total Body Foundational Strength Development
- Energy System Development
6. COVID 19 Precautions
- Maximum of 12 participants per session ( You MUST sign up)
- Non-Contact temperature checks upon arrival daily
- Strict & continuous sanitation of all equipment before and after each session
