In the past, I have written primarily paranormal and fantasy romance fiction. My latest WIP swerves a way from the romantic aspect as the primary plot point. Actually, the female protagonist is married with kids.

The manuscript is complete; however, I am actively considering adding a chapter (prologue) to the beginning to set up the story. But I know prologues are not popular and I'm second-guessing whether it's needed.
