It's the most wonderful time of the year. We set up and decorated our Christmas tree in early November, and we can't forget the Christmas music that's been playing on repeat.

With Thanksgiving falling so late this year, it feels like Christmas is sneaking up faster than ever. Speaking of Thanksgiving, we celebrated with my family, and I took on an exciting new challenge: cooking a whole turkey for the first time! While I’ve prepared plenty of turkey breasts before, this 16-pound bird was a whole new adventure. 🦃
