What have you done with them {{contact.first_name}}?

,
We have a pending discussion since two days ago about How To Craft A Well Targeted HVCO.
And I plan to dive right into the nitty gritty of the matter without further ado,
But then, this Sunday mail wouldn't be complete without my random thought of the day now would it?
Besides, today's random thought has a lot of bearing over today's mail and practically all the mails I have ever sent to you since I started this email newsletter.
Some days back, I was going through my Google drive, and I saw tons of e-books, courses and videos (most of) which I got access to (for free) some time back.
And to be honest, if I were to rate my reading/consumption and/or implementation of the valuable knowledge in most of those resources on a scale of 1 to 10, I'd probably rank a 4 or 5.
And the major reason for that is obvious.
I got most of them for free.
And the thing with free information is that...
People often don't value them.
Just the same way you don't value the mails I have been sending you all these while.
Let me ask you something.
All the valuable information I have been dishing out to you for the past few months,
What have you done with them ?
Are they just lying fallow in your mail inbox, waiting for you to take action on them and implement, just like those resources in my Google drive?
Or have you actually been implementing?
Or even worse, are you one of those people who rarely bother to even read my mails but by a stroke of luck happen to be reading this particular mail?
Answer that yourself.
One thing I have observed since I started my journey online is that most of the information that I have actually implemented and gotten results from are the ones that I paid to access.
Again, the lesson here is simple.
People often place premium on things that have monetary value.
Which is why I have made up my mind.
I won't just keep dishing out value for free, especially when you aren't going to make use of it.
Instead, I will package some of these valuable and profitable information into an information product and then I will attach a price tag on it and sell it to you.
Of course, you get to decide if you will buy them or not.
But then, you will be the one at the losing side should you choose not to buy it.
Because not only will you miss out on the valuable information the product will contain,
But you will also rid yourself of these benefits:
- The drive you need to consume the information in the product because it actually cost you something valuable to get it,
- And when you consume it, you will definitely have the urge to implement,
- Which will then give you the results you so much desire such as more sales, more money, a comfortable lifestyle, et cetera.
If you ask me, I will say that is not a bad deal. It's a win-win situation.
But then, it doesn't mean I will stop giving out free information though. Just that there will be a balance of both.
Anyway, that said, let me quickly dive into our pending discussion, which is...
How To Craft A Well Targeted HVCO.
But wait, what the heck does an HVCO mean?
It means your High Value Content Offer.
Remember, for people to check out your profile/bio more often and eventually click on the link that leads them to your DM,
Something must have attracted them in the first place.
And that is your content, or in this case, your High Value Content Offer.
It's important that whatever content you are putting out there is not just valuable, but HIGHLY VALUABLE.
That is, it must be the kind of content that takes your target audience from Point A (where they are now), to Point B (where they want to be), and ultimately to Point C (where they need to be).
That, is what I define as an HVCO.
But there's a caveat though.
It's one thing to craft an HVCO.
And it's another to craft a well Targeted HVCO.
But then, this mail is already too long as it is.
So I'll just leave it for tomorrow.
In the meantime, you have yourself a wonderful night's rest ahead.
To your digital success,
King Danisan™.
