Let's say Emeka buys a product from you for the first time and he was satisfied with what he bought.

The chances are high that he'll buy from you again.

And if you have enough different products in your niche that all meet different pressing needs that Emeka has,

Then there's a strong likelihood that he will buy some of them.

And sometimes, some "Emekas" can buy ALL your offers.

Maybe not all at once, but eventually.

So if "Emeka" has bought all of your offers, his value to you as a customer is higher than other customers in your funnel who have only bought one or two of your offers.

Which is what brings me to what I talked about yesterday.

Customer LTV.

LTV simply means Life Time Value.

And it simply means the value that a customer has to you throughout his lifetime in your funnel.

The Life Time Value of different people vary.

But if you have a lot of great products, there will be a few people in your funnel whose LTV will be higher than others.

Sometimes in marketing, we call them hot audience.

These are the kind of people that whenever you announce a new product or offer, they buy immediately.

Sometimes they even pay in advance or book a slot before the offer/product even launches.

Because they trust you so much that they are sure that whatever you are offering them will be worth their money.

That is the level you should aim for as a business owner or product vendor.

To do this, you have to:

  • Successfully get people to buy from you for the first time
  • Establish trust in you by overdelivering on your promise
  • Provide them with enough free value,

Once you do this, It will become a lot easier for you to maximize the LTV of your customer.

And you will end up making a whole bunch of money without spending any more money on paid ads.

Because the people you are selling to are people who are already in your funnel.

Which means you didn't pay any money to generate any new leads.

Does that make sense to you?

Do you understand it?

Good.

If you have any questions, let me know.

In the meantime, I hope you have a great day.

And I wish you a happy weekend ahead.

To your marketing success,

Daniel Enisan.
