I will revisit this topic later, but for now...

,

I'm here thinking of what to write to you today,

And honestly I'm stuck between telling you about the advice I got from some people regarding what I asked you about a few e-mails back,

Or how I was literally mocked (again) yesterday and today by some of my colleagues about my mails.

Apparently, while other people are seriously doing things that bring almost immediate results for them (in terms of money),

I am busy carrying my mails on my head.

And I know that one day -- not far from now -- I will revisit this topic and write about the results I have gotten from writing this mail daily.

And possibly troll them for their really stupid and snarky remarks (just like Daniel Throssell would do).

But for now, let me face front and focus on building capacity.

But before I go today, I want to quickly drop an important lesson for you that I remembered while reading a sales page from Dolapo today.

And this lesson if done well in a sales copy can:

  • Debunk all the false beliefs your prospect has before reading your copy,
  • Handle all objections/excuses your prospect has or wants to bring up,
  • Make them helpless and defence-less to your copy,
  • And of course make them pay you for your offer, no matter how expensive it is.

And no, it's not just about creating a fool-proof no-brainer irresistible offer.

It's much more than that.

When I was reading Dolapo's offer earlier today (which was a high ticket offer by the way),

I was seriously considering taking the offer because I felt it was exactly what I need at this point in my Copywriting journey.

(There's a lesson in there. Look harder and you will find it.)

But in my mind, there was a major obstacle which made me wonder how possible it would be for me to get the best out of the offer.

And the obstacle was my upcoming exams.

I was wondering how I would be able to juggle "going to school, writing tests, writing exams and doing the whole Copywriting rituals back to back" all together without any of them suffering.

And I don't joke with my academics, plus I wouldn't want my money to go to waste especially because it's not cheap.

But to my surprise, deep into the copy he said exactly what was in my mind.

He mentioned that he would choose a time suitable for everyone involved (just 10 people) because he knows that some people have exams.

And it was like a huge burden was lifted when I saw it.

The point I am trying to make here is this.

You must know what is going on in your audience's mind, and tackle it before they even think of it.

This is why the most important part of copywriting is the THINKING process.

Once you are able to join in the conversation already going on in the head of your reader and drift the conversation towards your offer...

Then you are much MUCH closer to getting them to pay you.

And how do you learn about the conversation already going on in your audience's head?

By conducting research ofc.

Not everything in your audience's mind will be as easy to guess as them having exams immediately after ASSU strike gets called off.

You're going to need to conduct actual research on what your audience are thinking and talking about.

If done well, you will be able to write killer copy that converts really well, even on cold traffic.

Got it?

Good.

And may the "gods" of copywriting guide you in your journey.

Meanwhile, have a nice evening ahead.

To your digital success,

King Danisan™.
