Happy Sunday .

How was service today?

Mine was certainly awesome, thank you for asking.

Every Sunday, I like to write about some random thoughts on my mind.

Those thoughts range from Copywriting, Sales, marketing, life Hacks and even religious talk sometimes.

And today,

I want to quickly talk to you about something that has been on my mind for some time now.

It's really very personal to me and I just want to put it out there yunno.

Lately, I've been thinking about my life and the people close to me, especially my immediate family.

Every now and then, needs arise that require money to solve.

And being the second eldest child in the family, most of the time, there is pressure on me to "deliver" and relieve the stress on my parents.

Sometimes, I am able to do so,

Other times, not so much.

There are some needs that are above my current level (make I no go back to village...lol)

But any and each time I am unable to help out, there is this feeling of inadequacy, of failure, and of disappointment I get,

And sometimes, it makes me feel like I am not doing enough.

On the flip side though, when I look back at how far I have come compared to the last few years, I thank God.

Me that was a broke a** ni*g* some years back.. Lol

You should have met me then.

We thank God for growth.

I mean, the fact that I can now afford to buy data constantly on my phone without having to beg someone to sub for me,

That alone is really a big flex (even though it seems small, and even though I don't make as much as I ought to yet).

And I am grateful to God for helping me to take certain steps that have helped improve my financial situation so far.

And one of those steps is deciding to learn a skill (physical and digital btw) and become valuable.

The fact that I can solve problems for people and get paid for it is something that makes me happy,

And you should also get yourself a skill too if you don't have one,

Because someday, you'll need it and you'll be glad you have it.

Because the only cure to feeling financially inadequate and insecure is to:

1. MAKE MONEY.

2. MAKE MORE MONEY.

3. MAKE MORE AND MORE MONEY.

Money stops a lot of nonsense.

And even the scriptures say "...money is a defense..."

So you need to make money, and make a lot of it (legitimately of course).

Then you can now join the rich people in saying "money is not everything". Lol

One of the most guaranteed ways for you to make money anywhere and at anytime is by having a skill, especially if it is a High-Income Digital Skill.

It doesn't matter whether you currently have a job or not.

High-Income Skills if well mastered have the ability to earn you exponentially much more than any job can at any level.

But it's not something that will begin making you millions of Naira immediately.

It's not a Get-Rich-Quick scheme, a ponzi scheme, or yahoo or money ritual.

You would have to put in the work (a lot of it) at the early stage in honing your skill set.

It's only a matter of time.

And once that is done, as a matter of necessity, you will begin to experience true financial freedom.

You can choose to take my advice or not.

But I'm only telling you something that has worked for me and is still working.

That's all I've got for you today.

Hold on!

One more thing.

Before you go,

Make sure you write down your goals for the week.

Don't deceive yourself that you will remember them.

Remember, the faintest ink is better than the strongest memory.

Do well to pen down those goals and get into action to crushing them.

Thank me later.

To your digital success.
